The active ingredient, Chamazulene has relaxing properties to promote sleep and reduce anxiety.

Chamomile also contains natural anti-inflammatory and antiseptic qualities.  Antiseptic kills bacteria, so applying cold tea bags, or cold tea leaves wrapped in muslin, to cuts, acne, dandruff and insect bites it will reduce the chance of infection and help your body heal faster.

    Good bye insomnia

Earlier this year I started suffering from insomnia. It would take me ages to get to sleep and then I would wake up every two hours throughout the night. A cup of this before I go to bed and I sleep really well. I found it's best if I drink it about an hour before I go to bed for the best results - meaning it takes about an hour for it to work for me.

I don’t care what anyone says - chamomile tea works. I used to suffer from insomnia and took Restavit, which was 100% effective, but you can only take it for 10 days in a row. Thankfully a friend put me onto Black Leaves chamomile tea and now I sleep through the night every night. I also fall asleep faster.

You can taste the difference between this organic tea and the dust-filled teabags you get in the supermarket. Recommended.
