Sleepless nights are often the result of stress and anxiety, and the pursuit of quality sleep is why thousands of people are making organic valerian root tea a part of their day.
By reducing stress and anxiety, and alleviating menstrual pain, organic valerian tea is improving the quality of lives the world over.
The research has shown that valerian root not only promotes sleep, but it does so without any of the side effects, such as feeling groggy the next morning or difficulties waking up, that some pharmacy products have.

This tea is brilliant. Just what I needed before bed, to wind down and relax. Perfect natural remedy for improved sleep. Highly recommend!
I'd recommend valerian root tea to anyone who has trouble sleeping. I add honey to mine since it doesn't taste the best. But as my old Mum used to say if it doesn't taste nice then it must be good for you. Seems like she was right after all
Not fond of the smell, but if it helps my period cramps and it definitely does then I'm not gonna complain
