- Acid reflux occurs when the circular muscle that joins your stomach to your oesophagus – called the lower oesophageal sphincter – becomes weak and doesn’t tighten properly, allowing acid from the stomach to escape into your oesophagus.
This can make you cough, give you a sore throat, leave a bitter taste in the back of your throat or a sour taste in your mouth, and cause burning and / or pressure that you can feel in your chest.

Really works. And the good thing about no more heartburn is that I can get to sleep much easier.
